Bio Forest Restore & Tea Ceremony

❤ In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks ❤
John Muir
We acknowledge that we will be gathered on stolen land of the Tsalaguwetiyi (Cherokee) and the S'atsoyaha (Yuchi) People & we pay respects to ancestors past and present.
We will meet at the Trailhead and begin with a brief Reiki activation, grounding and intention setting.
We will then enter the forest as we transition into a "liminal state", where we will walk in forest time, in radical embodied awareness.
I will offer invitations as we meander through the woods that are designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
Along the way we will also stop and share what we notice about our experience during the invitations. We will conclude with a Yerba Mate closing ceremony.
Healing modalities used in this experience are also used in hospitals and hospices around the nation for cancer patients and patients in chronic pain from many ailments. Boosted immune system, reduced blood pressure, reduced stress, depression and anxiety are just a few benefits you may receive.
For some this will be a walk in the park, for others it will be somewhat of a forest initiation. It all depends on your own personal edges. The forest knows best what unique experience each one of us needs most.
Meaningful outdoor experiences bring us together to learn about our world, including how to best care for and sustain it for future generations.
Journey with me through the upper, middle and lower pachas (a concept of space-time in Inca mythology) and learn how to reconnect and tend relations with the other-than-human world. Ayni, (sacred reciprocity in Quechua- indigenous language of South America), is the exchange of energy between humans, nature and the universe. I will guide you in practicing ayni and deepening your innate relationship with Pachamama (Mother Earth) forest intelligence and receiving her healing gifts and insights.
